We have chosen our apartment complexes according to certain criteria. Important to us was the location to the beach and the dunes, as well as to shopping and going out possibilities, the size and number of the accommodation units and of course their inhabitants.
The two complexes were built in the mid-70s by a Frenchman who sacrificed his tomato fields for tourism and did so with great financial success. They are therefore located in the “old” part of Playa del Ingles. Many Germans, Austrians, Swiss and also Danes live here. Senior citizens who spend the cold season on Gran Canaria and the summer in their respective home countries. Here you can enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet and relax perfectly.
The beach and the dunes can be reached easily and quickly via the promenade and offer a fantastic nature experience.
The shopping centres SANDIA, CITA, ANEXO II and JUMBO provide variety with their numerous shopping possibilities, restaurants and bars.
VERACRUZ
The apartment complex Veracruz consists of 18 units with pool and garden. Our flat is located directly at the pool, here you can relax perfectly with the comfortable sunbeds or enjoy a great breakfast. The flat is 40m² in size and perfectly suited for 2 people.
ATLANTIDA
The apartment complex Atlantida consists of 12 units with pool and garden. Our two flats are each 80m² in size, with a very nice large terrace directly by the pool and a small glazed terrace with garden view. A kitchenette, a spacious living and dining area, a modern bathroom and a bedroom with plenty of storage space make these flats perfect for longer stays.
